Many people want to discuss their problems on any day of the week and at any time. Realising this, Colin makes himself available to speak to clients in or out of normal office hours and on any day including Saturday and Sunday.
Colin is a law graduate from Bristol University and subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law. He currently practises as a Consultant Litigation Executive.
Colin spent some 15 years in practice in Bournemouth before moving to a large firm of solicitors in Brighton where he became head of the litigation department, advising and assisting other solicitors and executives on their matters.
Colin has over 45 years’ experience in family, litigation and employment matters. These include divorce and Children Act applications, cohabitee disputes, civil litigation and dispute resolution, claims under the Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act, liquor licensing, landlord and tenant disputes, including enfranchisement and contentious probate, together with all employment matters, including wrongful and unfair dismissal and redundancy matters.
In his spare time he enjoys all sports, travelling and meeting people from all walks of life, but his greatest passion is his family life with his wife, three children and six grandchildren.
